Each restaurant sets its own minimum spend requirements. You can check the details while browsing on the SMS Eats app.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

Yes! Enter your postcode in our app or website, and nearby takeaways will appear. Each restaurant shows its delivery distance in miles, so you’ll know exactly where they deliver.

Can I place an order for collection?

Absolutely! Simply select the collection option while ordering via our app or website. Your food will be ready 15-20 minutes after placing your order.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by the restaurant. If you're eligible, they’ll process it directly for you.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery charges vary by restaurant and will be displayed when you place your order. Some takeaways offer free delivery on orders over a certain amount.

Can I order through live chat?

No, live chat does not accept orders. All takeaway orders can be placed via the SMS Eats app or website.

Can I close my SMS Eats account?

Yes! To permanently delete your account, click Close My Account. Please note that once deleted, your account cannot be reactivated.

Why was my order cancelled?

Orders may be cancelled if the restaurant is closed or if the order appears suspicious or fake. If this happens, we’ll contact you by phone and provide support to resolve the issue.

How can I pay?

We offer multiple payment options, depending on the restaurant. You can pay by cash on delivery, card at your door, or Stripe online.

Can I add something to an order I’ve already placed?

Once an order is placed, new items cannot be added. However, if you contact the restaurant directly, they may be able to assist—but this option is not available through the SMS Eats website.
